FREE

So, the story is up and for free. I'm unsure on the actual sales since KDP doesn't seem to keep track of those, only profitable sales. I only know that for sure because several friends were kind enough to pick up a copy of it while on sale, but there is no record of it on KDP. Hopefully, this is work out to better sales down the road.

    Hi Nicholas, just thought I'd let you know what KDP does report the free period downloads, the reporting can just be slow at times. Look at your month to date sales under the Free Units Promo, they should start showing soon & the reporting can be delayed so much that free downloads can show up weeks later as I have found.
    - I'm now heading over to Amazon to check out your short story, good luck with it!
