I started using this site yesterday, its a pretty good idea. It's a free website that will analyse your twitter account and report back info on your followers: inactivity, only tweets about themselves, retweets a lot, etc. To top it off, it also allows you to remove the people you don't to keep that make those lists. For example, I removed all the people who only tweet about themselves (chances are they use a site to post for them and never actually get on twitter themselves)
